Nostalgia Magazine published an excellent (I'm biased) article on Franklin School titled, Investing In Knowledge at Franklin; it's in the March 2009 issue. Complete with cool, old pictures and informative charm, this is a perfect issue to have in your personal library. You, your kids, and your grandkids will enjoy thumbing through several pages of Franklin history and nostalgia. Heck, you might even see your grandma or Uncle. There is also a story about Logan School and a particularly stellar teacher who taught there in the 40s. In the month of March, Hastings and many grocery stores in the area have it in their magazine racks. The local libraries also have it on their shelves.
